If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the original
price of purchase, or exchange your purchase within 15 days of the original order. If
you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received a gift) and would like
to return it, we must issue credit on the account it was purchased from. Simply return the merchandise in its original, resalable condition, including
attached tags, for a full refund. All returns will be processed as soon as they
arrive back to us. Shipping and handling are the customers responsibility
(both to us and back to the customer), unless the item has a manufacturers defect.
If the item
is returned and declared defective by littlehousefashions.com, we will replace
the item and refund your shipping charge. A $2 re-stocking fee will be applied
to all returns/exchanges. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on monogrammed
merchandise (unless damaged
or a monogramming error was made by littlehousefashions.com). Bras, pantyhose, underwear and shapewear are NOT RETURNABLE(unless defective). Personalized, Engraved or Monogrammed are not returnable.
